The company was founded by its CEO, Teghpal Sandhu in 2013.

Our History - From Body to Building

Our journey started with an MD who saw an opportunity to fix a problem. The core practice of surgery is to treat symptoms and more importantly to cure the root of infection or disease for lasting health. Using the same principle on building efficiency, Live Buildings was born. Years of hard work syncing new tech to old basements has liberated data from the office to the streets, so that everyone can benefit.
